The staff made a real difference, wherever we ran into them. They were friendly, accommodating, and provided a high standard of service. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and a decent size. We were traveling as a family of three from Zurich after an international flight, and the whole visit felt easy from arrival onward. Checking in and parking in the garage were simple. The hotel's location also worked really well for exploring St. Gallen. The breakfast room beside the main hotel was huge, with plenty to eat, and the same space has a nice café and restaurant during the day. A great hotel and a really good stay.

The gym was proper sized, and I was really pleased to have access to the pool and saunas. The rooms were a comfortable size, the service was great, and the location was good too. I come to st Gallen often and this was my first stay at Einstein. Now I don't want to stay anywhere else.

The staff and service were excellent, and guests can use the pool and sauna in a private gym. The location also works well, close to the train station and everyday amenities. I've stayed here twice, both times for more than three nights. On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and you can ask for a different pillow if the one in your room doesn't suit you. A solid four-star hotel.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the shampoos and shower gel were good quality. Breakfast felt worth the price, with plenty of food choices, coffee, other drinks, and fruit. You might spend more at a coffee shop for the same amount. Of course, a four star hotel isn't the cheapest, so I'm not commenting on prices.

The hotel is on the pricey side, but I felt I got what I paid for. The room had plenty of space and natural light, and the employees were polite and very helpful whenever I spoke with them. It's a ten minute walk from the train station, with a bus available if needed. Right next to the old town, so good restaurants and shops are easy to reach.
