I’ve stayed here for the past few months and have felt really comfortable. The apartment is very spacious and right next to the train station, which has been incredibly convenient. It’s quiet and well connected, and works perfectly for both work and daily life.

The condition of the place was nothing like the photos. It was extremely run-down and dirty, with cobwebs in the pictures to prove it. Getting inside was difficult, and despite the state of the property, the owner required a damage deposit through a suspicious website that my bank blocked as unsafe. It was also freezing inside because someone had left all the windows open. I lasted one night before leaving and am still trying to get my costs back. I booked through Booking.com and paid the full amount. The owner later offered to refund everything except one night's stay, but that promise wasn't kept. Booking refunded only €200 of the €700 I paid. And please don't claim in your response that you gave me a discount. This place isn't being renovated, it's just filthy and in terrible shape. Beware.

Arguments and shouting kept happening, and the ground floor seemed to be used for shady gatherings. There was also an erotic massage parlor downstairs, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The place itself was neglected and damaged, dirty throughout, with bedding that clearly hadn't been washed and a strong urine smell. The deposit request came through a suspicious link, which made me worry about my data security. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

The kitchen was filthy, with dirty bags and dishes, and both the fridge and oven were very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom too, and the sheets and towels looked questionable. We arrived to find the window wide open, which didn't feel safe given the criminals shown in photos at the door. For five people, the room had one double bed, one sofa bed, and a cot. Finding the place was hard. The area felt uncomfortable, with unfriendly people around and lots of non-residents visiting the massage parlor in the building. The hallway lights are motion-activated and don't always switch on, so in the dark you could see only the parlor's neon open sign. It seemed to be open 24/7, which made me wonder if it was a brothel. You might also have to share the apartment with other groups, so having it to yourselves isn't guaranteed. We weren't comfortable from the start, given the people outside and how unclean everything looked. The phone number was automated, so there was no one to call right away. When we eventually reached someone through Booking.com chat, they were very unhelpful and said the cleaner had forgotten some areas. I wouldn't stay here.
