Getting luggage from the car was a little inconvenient because the parking area isn't easy to reach directly from the rooms. I understand the security reasons, and it's only a small drawback. Otherwise, my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in St. Gallen was very pleasant. The modern, comfortable hotel is well maintained, the staff are professional and attentive, and my room was clean, quiet, and well equipped. A solid option for business or leisure in St. Gallen.

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I had to after this stay. I booked a junior suit for my family, two adults and two kids, and was really disappointed with the Radisson Blu in St Gallen. For the price, I expected a much better experience, even though I knew they had standard rooms. The room was outdated: one wardrobe door was missing, there were no charging outlets by the bed, and the decor was old plastic fashion advertising frames. This morning I tried to explain my concerns to the receptionist, but she got aggressive before I could finish, asking why I hadn't said anything earlier and saying they always find a solution. I really disliked the way she spoke to me. I can't recommend this place.

The location is hard to beat, right by Messe St. Gallen and just a five minute walk from downtown and the old town. Check-in was smooth, and reception welcomed us warmly. The rooms have a modern style, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, especially the shower. Just two costs to flag: hotel parking is 30 sFr a night, and the dog supplement is also 30 sFr per night. Even at higher classified hotels, we've never paid more than 20 EUR. That's a pity.

Garage parking and a decent breakfast were good to have, and the late checkout at 12pm is great. It's a very nice hotel with good service and nice rooms, just a three minute walk from the Olma center. Top hotel.
