The employees were friendly and accommodating, and we liked both the restaurant and hotel. Our room was clean and beautifully outfitted. Dinner was very good, and the continental breakfast was laid out beautifully. My sister-in-law, my husband, and I spent one night at Hotel Piz in St. Moritz. We walked a short distance to the lake, then into town and back to the hotel. We took a bus from the train terminal only because one of us had an injury; otherwise, you could walk from the terminal. I highly recommend it.

From check-in through checkout, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and its location made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I had an excellent five-star stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend.

We paid for an upgrade to a deluxe room, but what we got looked nothing like the photos on the hotel website. At the front desk, they insisted it was deluxe. Their explanation was that deluxe rooms have king-sized beds and standard rooms have two twin beds pushed together. We definitely had two twins pushed together. The photos show the room we were given, so you can compare it with the hotel's own website.

I accidentally booked four days for three people, and by the time I noticed, the full amount had already gone on my credit card. The hotel was very accommodating and refunded me anyway. That’s customer service. I can’t recommend a hotel like this highly enough.

We had a large room with a balcony, but the bathroom was tiny and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, even on the first floor. The location in St. Moritz Bad was nice, and the hotel is attached to a really good Italian restaurant. It’s an easy 20-minute walk from the train station along a paved lakeside path.
