The room faced the train tracks, which didn’t bother us since we like trains, though the noise may not suit everyone. We stayed in the smaller unit, and it was laid out cleverly enough to feel roomy, with plenty of shelves, outlets, and a fridge. The rainfall shower was lovely, and the bathroom door gave us privacy.

Anuk was so kind and helpful, and I really liked our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The parking lot is a short walk away. If I come back to Switzerland, I’ll stay here again.

The hotel has a lovely renovated look, with a cozy, stylish feel, and everything was clean. We got great restaurant tips from the fantastic staff, and breakfast was great too. The funicular and tram up the mountain, with those incredible 360-degree views, are right across the way. Hope we get to return.

The location is handy, close to the train station and shops, with the Stanserhorn bahn across the street. Our room had comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, and everything we needed. I liked the special touches, especially the unusual lighting and the mountain mural behind the bed. The Alpine Chic decor was tasteful, and the hotel felt modern, clean, and fairly priced.

Right in the village centre, this is a cute hotel with friendly staff and clean, tidy rooms. They’re modern, with AC, small but well organised. The downsides were average-speed WiFi, very limited parking nearby, and a small breakfast buffet with only cold choices. Train tracks run directly behind the building, and trains rumble past from around 05:30 to 22:00. Still, it was good for about 140 CHF per night.
