Andi's BnB

The place has a friendly, family feel, and I was glad to learn by email that breakfast was available even on my check-in day. There were always food and drinks in the fridge. I arrived in the evening and had a key mix-up with another room number, but a quick call got it sorted. Coming from Germany, I also had a bit of trouble with the charger.

The only thing that caught us off guard was the air conditioner making a loud noise now and then on the first night. We got used to it afterward, and I’d still come back. The rest of the stay was excellent, from the kind, approachable host and team to the simple but ample owner-prepared breakfast. The room was spacious, spotless, and modern, in a very peaceful part of a business building. Though the accommodation is beside the railway station, the rooms are well insulated and we couldn't hear the trains. A good shopping center is only a two-minute walk away, and parking is in front of the building. The shared kitchen was clean and very well equipped, with communal refrigerators and a freezer. In the common area there are tables, a sofa and TV, a terrace, a separate smoking area that doesn’t bother non-smokers, plus children’s and board games. If the scale went to 10, I’d give it a 9 because of that occasional noise.

It felt like home at Andi's, with a cozy, familiar atmosphere. We had a great stay and met a couple of really interesting people.

We spent five nights here and weren't ready to leave. Nothing went wrong, and it was the best place we stayed during our four-week trip across four countries. Andi and the staff make you feel like family and take good care of you. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the setting felt homelike and quiet. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was great, and the train station is just steps away. 10+ stars. We'd happily return and recommend it.
