We’d happily stay at Mountime again. The team were warm and helpful from arrival through checkout, and the hotel is peaceful despite being close to Zermatt, with convenient transport access. After days out hiking, skiing, or exploring, the quiet, well-kept spa was a real treat. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a thoughtful layout and lovely mountain views that made mornings special. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and good quality, with lots to choose from. It’s a stylish, comfortable base with a cozy alpine feel, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for two nights and found the place cozy, with good service and staff. It’s conveniently close to the station for visiting Zermatt. Breakfast was good overall, with plenty of fresh fruit and bakery items, though as vegetarians we didn’t find any hot options. I’d highly recommend staying here near Zermatt.

It felt like a little gem away from busy Zermatt, only about five minutes from the station. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and the friendly staff made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. There’s everything you could wish for. We had a wonderful stay and I can only recommend it. Loved it, with love to all, arianna.

The garage was useful as a free alternative to the main parking, though it’s tricky for an inexperienced driver. The ski room is down in the basement, which is the main downside. The rooms are decent, but could do with redecorating. The Zermatt train shuttle is less than five minutes away.

Breakfast was nice, and there’s an inexpensive shuttle to Zermatt. The hotel is also close to the station, so you can hear trains at night, though I know that’s outside their control. Thanks for the stay. The lift up to the rooms is fun!
