Miramont Trekking Hof

My cheerful horse Iron ❤️ made the weekend especially fun, and the horses seemed to love having their photos taken 🤣. Thanks for the ride and the tasty lunch 🤗. We had a lovely weekend at Miramont.

The meals were generous and really well prepared, and the whole team was warm, passionate, and easy to reach. You can see how much the horses are cared for and respected. They're magnificent. I stayed at Miramont with my 15-year-old daughter, and we both loved the peaceful setting among nature. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we came away with lovely memories. I'd happily return, especially for anyone who enjoys horses, nature, and genuine experiences.

The Nordic hot tub sits under a walnut tree, with the water heated by a wood fire to 40°C. There’s also a sauna, and we found the whole thing deeply relaxing. Upstairs in the attic above the stables, the games room has foosball, ping-pong, a bar, and a home theater. David Faessler and his team gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home right away. Dounya calmly and reassuringly shares useful information while accompanying riders, and the horses are very docile. The rooms are attractive and practical. The owner’s food is delicious, with a player piano adding to dinner. If you’re trying to diet, this probably isn’t the place for you! Many thanks to everyone at Miramont Horse Trekking. We’d love to come back to this beautiful region.
