We were lucky to find a spot at the campsite for the last few days of our holiday. It’s right by the lake, and the facilities were good. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the tent price included train and bus tickets. Recommended 👍

Lake Maggiore looks great from here. The campsite is well organized, the toilets are clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Charging 50 euro per person per night for a 2m squared patch of grass in a playground is a joke. The tent pitch was beside a road, and when I complained, the only offer was to move me five metres farther from the playground. No discount. I know Switzerland is expensive, but this was ridiculous.

The camping is neat, close to the lake, and has nice pitches. The restaurant and little shop are handy, so apart from one issue I'd recommend it. We had a small caravan, a small tent, and three adults on one pitch. We had mentioned all of that when booking, but only heard at checkout that the tent counted as an extra pitch and cost another 27 chf a day. That felt very unfair when people with large caravans and just as many people don't pay the extra. They said the rule comes from regional laws.

The bathroom and laundry facilities were the cleanest I've seen. The place feels very safe and peaceful, with a lovely family atmosphere. The beach and lido are only a few metres from the pitch, and both the shop and restaurant are really good.
