Ivan took us to the mountains one day and to Appenzell the next, for an extra fee. We were backpacking and had arrived without a plan for getting around. It may have worked out because of his schedule and bookings at the time, but the hospitality was still amazing. We loved our stay and will come back. Thanks for making our first trip to Switzerland so fantastic!

The farm stay was a lovely way to enjoy the countryside. My shack stayed cool even though it was warmer outside, and the breakfast included fresh milk, cheese, eggs and meat from the owners' poultry and livestock. They also make apple juice from the farm's apples and brew whiskey there. There's billiards, cards and table tennis, plus an amazing balcony view across Germany, Austria and Lichtenstein. Everyone was welcoming and gave me a tour of the property and farms. When nearby restaurants were closed, Cristian helped me find dinner and took me to the market area. The people and peaceful scenery made this a great place to spend a weekend.

It felt like staying with relatives in the country, and I was comfortable right away. Everything you need is there, the scenery is beautiful, and the host is really friendly. Definitely recommend it for a different kind of experience.
