The area has its appeal, and the apartment had what we needed for cooking and day-to-day life. For a group our size on a winter holiday, it was the cheapest option we found in Switzerland, and we had a good stay. The older building has plenty of charm; if it were fully renovated and everything made new, the price would surely shoot up again. Esther welcomed us with a cake on the day we arrived, and had coffee, tea, spices and other essentials ready. We could also leave our luggage there for free the day before check-in. Thanks to Esther for being so welcoming and looking after us ☺️

The Swiss character comes through in this farmhouse, from its cozy rustic feel to the thoughtful modern touches. It’s furnished with a lot of charm, too. The surrounding area is lovely, and I’d happily come back.
