The meals were a real highlight of our five-day New Year’s Eve stay on half board. Everything was carefully prepared, and the wine selection had a pleasing range and quality. The hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the shared spaces, and even during a busy holiday the atmosphere stayed calm and welcoming. Our group of friends was especially impressed by the attentive, warm, professional staff, who made us feel at home. For a 3-star hotel, the service and dining felt like they belonged somewhere much higher. I’ve stayed in plenty of places over the years, and this is the best 3-star hotel I can remember. I wished we could have stayed longer, and I can’t recommend Hotel Alpenhof enough.

The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything was very clean. The food was great, and the hospitality was a 10/10. Great value for money, too. Soundproofing could be better. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

We loved our cozy, peaceful room and its beautiful mountain view. The hotel is in a very quiet spot, just a short distance from the ski resort, and it’s great value for money. Its old-style charm is lovely, while everything feels well cared for and almost new. The staff were always smiling and so friendly. For my partner’s birthday, they surprised us with a decorated breakfast table, cake, and a candle. Such a thoughtful touch. We stayed two nights over the weekend and would definitely come again. 10/10.

Waking up to the farm animals across from our room felt like being in a Disney movie. September was so peaceful, and the area was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. We only had one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s right beside the cable car and ski lifts, and getting there by public transport is really easy. We had a spacious room, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The vegetarian dinner option was great, too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
