Getting there can be a little difficult, so wear proper snow boots. The restaurant itself is cozy and great, with friendly staff, delicious desserts, and homemade chocolate that makes a lovely gift.

The walk from the car park was short and well worth it for such a great meal. Chez Gaby sits near the ski lift at the village’s highest point, with a fantastic location. The fondue made with local cheese was gorgeous, and the local wine went with it wonderfully. Our hotel host recommended the restaurant, and it didn’t disappoint. Thanks to Noah for looking after us so well.

The view over the 7 peaks is amazing. We had coffee with a homemade warm muffin, and the cheese platters are great too. Highly recommend!

We went back today for a jacuzzi at sunset and found our wedding bouquet waiting for us. The owner had thoughtfully kept it as a surprise. We got married in Champoussin last year and held the reception at Chez Gaby, a magical place we couldn’t have chosen better. 🥰 Merci beaucoup! 😍💐
