I loved having a private bathroom and a room with views over town and the Swiss Alps. The shared bar and dining room also made it easy to meet other travellers. The price is hard to beat in Verbier, and Isla and her team were so welcoming and accommodating. Best of all, the lodge is right by the main ski bubble: about a two-minute walk to the lift in the morning, then ski-in on the way back. Can't recommend it enough!

Breakfast covered all the basics and was lovely. If you're vegan and want cereal, though, you may want to bring your own milk alternative. The staff were friendly and the service was good, and the location is excellent, right beside the main lift and slope.

They brought fresh towels every day, and even accommodated my dairy-free and gluten-free diet with lovely boiled eggs each morning. The hosts were really friendly, the sauna was lovely, and the lifts are close by. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

I felt right at home at Mont Gele. The staff and other guests were friendly, and the hosts were lovely. The team also knew Verbier well and helped with all my questions, which made this one of my most enjoyable stays there. The food was fantastic and the location excellent. Highly recommended, and thank you!

We really felt like part of the family when we left after Christmas at the Mont Gele guesthouse. The welcome was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable, and the set dinner menu each night was delicious. It's an absolute bargain for Verbier, as we discovered when we went out to eat elsewhere. The place is friendly and great for keen skiers, with the Medran lift two minutes away or a ski down the road, plus food and drinks onsite in this pricey resort. It was our first trip to Verbier, but we'll be back. Thank you, Isla, Lauren and Lee :)
