Best cocktails around here, and the service is exceptional.

We especially loved the starters: burrata with heirloom tomatoes and a creamy sauce, an egg cooked just right over pea purée with crunchy croutons, and a tasty Mediterranean octopus dish served on crispy parsley. Everything looked as good as it tasted, with fresh ingredients and combinations that worked beautifully. We had a fantastic time at the restaurant at Hôtel La Vue des Alpes. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the atmosphere was lovely and calm. Such a wonderful find.
