We’ve eaten at B&B Gassa 95 twice now, and every dish we tried was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The recipes are traditional to the region, using organic local ingredients that taste freshly picked. The owner is a gem, friendly and helpful, and happy to explain each dish with the pride of a chef presenting his work. The restaurant and B&B are inside a 500-year-old wooden building that has stayed in the same family for generations. You can feel its history in the beams and floorboards, like a cozy alpine time capsule, only with better wine. If you like local food, historic buildings, and charming hosts, I highly recommend it. We’ll be back for a third visit!
