Adina Apartment Hotel Geneva

We all enjoyed the continental buffet breakfast. It was good quality and had plenty of variety. The staff were extremely welcoming and helped us with all sorts of travel questions. We also made good use of the free local bus and tram pass during our first couple of days without a car. Later, when we rented one, parking in the basement garage was easy and reasonably priced. We booked a two-bedroom suite at Adina for Christmas. It wasn’t large, but the layout worked well and gave everyone privacy in the two bedrooms. The furniture and kitchen and bathroom fittings looked like new and felt thoughtfully chosen. Although the hotel is very close to the airport, Geneva is small, so it was easy to get around the city from there. We all had a good stay.

The staff were so helpful and really made our stay. It’s also in a handy spot for both the airport and the city center. Our room was huge, with a fully equipped kitchen area and a lovely bathroom. It was nicely decorated, too, and being able to connect our devices to the TV was a great touch. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel!

The staff at Adina Hotel Geneva were wonderful. They quickly sent our complimentary transit passes, check-in was fast, and we got good use out of the printing services. They went out of their way to help me and my three colleagues. I accidentally left the washer-dryer running when I went out to a meeting on checkout day. The staff let the clothes finish drying and put them with the luggage I’d stored for the day. Later, the front desk attendant who’d helped me recognized our group in a completely different part of Geneva and made sure I knew my clothes were dry and waiting. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but I was so surprised and grateful. The rooms were clean and cozy, with free coffee and water, plus a washer-dryer combo. The hotel is just steps from the 14/18 tram into Geneva and from the bus. I’d stay again and recommend it to others.

We booked this at the last minute after finding that the Four Seasons had neither connecting rooms nor two rooms next to each other. Adina had connecting rooms, and we got two for one-sixth of what we would have paid at the Four Seasons. The rooms were clean, modern, very well designed, and well maintained, or possibly new. The hotel is near the airport, which might not suit everyone, but there’s a bus stop downstairs and a supermarket nearby. They also gave us free bus passes for travel anywhere we wanted. The staff were all really nice, and I was very comfortable here. Best decision ever. I can’t think of anything else positive to add, and I’ll look for Adina hotels in other cities from now on.
