The room and bathroom were nicely renovated, and everyone was kind. On the first day there were medical and nutrition consultations, checkups, and hydrotherapy. I’d stick to the original program instead of piling on extra treatments and appointments. I did that and ended up cancelling most of them because the schedule overwhelmed me. Don’t let anyone pressure you into adding more. Leave time for the pool, gym, sauna, or library. I stayed 14 nights and hadn’t expected it to feel so long. I’d suggest following the 7 day plan. The food was okay for the first couple of days, but then I couldn’t manage it. I was already only finishing half or a quarter of each meal, which was a problem on such a low calorie program, under 800 calories a day for me. After the first week I couldn’t face the food and skipped all three meals, having just an apple and some berries. The iced barley coffee with oat milk helped keep me sane, and the virgin mojito was good too. I loved the experience overall. I lost weight and felt and looked much better than when I arrived. But they really need to do something about the food. Some of it honestly seemed inedible to me.

The treatments left me feeling refreshed and renewed, and I came away feeling like a new person, recharged in body, mind, and soul. There was a wide choice of detox and rejuvenation options. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and really went out of their way to take care of me. The hotel itself felt peaceful and serene, with lovely surroundings and luxurious amenities. Everyone was exceptionally friendly: the wonderful Greek doctors, Simone the nutritionist, Iliana, the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, Eva and Valentina at reception, Franziskus and Katrin in management, and the Chefs who create an outstanding menu every day. The food was delicious and the staff were all amazing. Some of the rooms aren’t great, but for the price and quality it’s still a great deal. The doctors are top notch, and the diet made me lose 15 pounds in a week. Chennot is easily the best brand, and Weggis is my favorite location. It’s a great place, better than sha and less medical than lanserof. P.S. In 2022 the fitness area was crowded and had no yoga room, though they said they would build one the following year.
