The rooms and location are convenient, and the hotel has a lot going for it. I know that from an earlier stay, when it had a different name: everything was new, worked well, and I left with a very good impression. This week's two-night visit was a letdown, though. Poor cleaning had a real impact on the stay, and it risks undermining an otherwise well-designed place. Since access, doors, and keys already use digital systems, the hotel could apply that approach to housekeeping, too. A simple tool to log and confirm room cleaning might help keep service consistent and accountable. I’d be glad to offer guidance. I hope this feedback helps the hotel address an avoidable problem and make the most of its potential.

Had a great time in Vevey. Booking was easy, and the setup gives you plenty of freedom while travelling. One idea: work more closely with the ground-floor restaurant, KyméM à Venise, and have breakfast delivered there instead of leaving the bag outside the door. The food is great, and the chef cooks really well.

I stayed for a weekend and had paid for breakfast for the whole stay. It arrived on Saturday, but I waited a long time for it on Sunday, then couldn't get through to Nonanteneuf Service that morning. I was at the aparthotel formerly called Base Vevey. The room was comfortable and clean.

Everything else was great, and we'd definitely stay again. The coffee maker had leftover residue from the previous guest, and there was no coffee, so we asked for it to be cleaned and restocked. They cleaned the machine, but didn't leave any coffee.

The digital key made getting in easy, and the station and old town are both nearby. It's a clean, modern studio with the features and accessories you need for a comfortable stay. I'd gladly recommend it.
