I was only there briefly for a business trip, but the hotel was amazing. Parking was easy to get to, and the self check-in was simple to use. The staff were welcoming, nice and polite.

Checkout was listed as 12, but the cleaning lady surprised us at 11am. The desk lady said they tell everyone at check-in, though I guess the tablet hadn’t told me. The check-in itself was a terrible experience: the tablet failed to connect to the credit card machine three times, then the payment went through and the tablet crashed. I had to call support and lost about 30min of my life. The whole check-in and checkout process could have gone much more smoothly.

There was no AC in our room, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We had a beautiful view of the alps from the breakfast room, and plenty of electrical outlets in useful spots. The staff were very attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was very nice. A great overnight stay for an affordable price.

The virtual check-in was awesome, and the hotel is great. It’s very close to a metro, with plenty to see and do within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

Swiss Star? Maybe Swiss Trash!!! The room was really bad. I don’t know how they came up with “superior”: there were stains on the walls and chair, plus mold in the bathroom. And there were no mountain views like they advertised. The reception staff weren’t welcoming either.
