After a day of hiking, the pool and sauna were a treat. The pool has a bench with jets and two more jetted spots, and there are three sauna rooms. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, both hot and cold, plus a cheese buffet we hadn't expected. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and simple, with a nice Swiss feel. We had a long, L-shaped balcony with lovely mountain views, including the Matterhorn. The hotel itself is cute, with a different mix of antiques on each floor, and it's close to the train station.

The spa felt modern and peaceful, and the masseuse was the best I've ever had. The staff made sure we had what we needed, gave us useful information, and kept everything clean. They went out of their way to keep us comfortable, and we felt at home even though we were far from home. I can't recommend this place more 😊

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everyone on staff was polite and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome. The breakfast spread had a great mix of sweet and savory food, and the warm pool was perfect for the kids to play and for us to unwind after skiing. The family apartment had plenty of room for four. The kitchen and its fridge could use updating, though. We'd definitely come back.

The pool, saunas, and steam rooms were a big part of what made this hotel a must for me, and everything was clean, tidy, and quiet at night. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I liked the breakfast buffet too. Supermarkets were nearby, and the railway station was close enough. Staying at hotel Arca Solebad & Spa made my trip to Zermatt worthwhile. I'd definitely stay again.

After hiking each day, we loved winding down in the steam rooms, with robes and slippers provided. The pool, saunas, and steam rooms made this a must-stay for us, and the massage was wonderfully relaxing. Our upgraded room had an amazing Matterhorn view. Breakfast at the hotel buffet was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was quiet at night. We were near supermarkets, the trams, and the train station. Our stay at hotel Arca Solebad & Spa made our trip to Zermatt worthwhile, and we'd happily return.
