Apartment 302 had everything I needed, and I was comfortable enough to extend my stay from 7 days to 11. It’s old-school, but perfect for the price. I also liked the spa, which has two saunas and a jacuzzi that both worked perfectly. The cold shower was properly cold, which was amazing. I did have some trouble reaching the owner, and they hadn’t told me the spa had to be booked a day ahead. Aside from that, I had a great time.

With its great location, sparkling clean rooms and modern high-tech equipment, this apartment made my stay so much more enjoyable. I was lucky to have a view of the Matterhorn. I’ll come back and recommend it to everyone. Thanks for making it such a good memory 💙💚

I didn’t meet any staff in person, but that was no problem since all the instructions were clear and everything worked smoothly. The modern, spacious room also had a small terrace with a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel offers plenty of privacy and everything needed for a relaxing holiday, with an ideal location for outings and a good distance from the centre of Zermatt.

There was plenty of room for four adults in this large, beautiful apartment. It has a new kitchen and bathroom, plus a terrace with chairs, and a direct view of the Materhorn.

It was very quiet here, and the place was clean. I haven’t met the host, but they’d made it easy to get in even late at night. The rooms are modern and the apartment has everything you might need. Spar is a five-minute walk away, restaurants are right next door, and everything else is easy to reach. I’ll definitely come back to Zermatt and would happily stay here or at other hotels too.
