We had a lovely stay at this fantastic hotel. The room was comfortable, the view was great, the staff polite, and breakfast amazing.

The spa was a calm, soothing place to unwind after exploring. I especially liked the jacuzzi with my son and daughter, and the relaxing aroma as soon as you enter. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared, with a satisfying range. I liked the station for squeezing your own fresh orange juice, and the option to make your own eggs or have the kitchen cook them. Getting picked up from Zermatt station was seamless. Before the trip, Europe Hotel & Spa said I could call or email when I boarded the train. I did both on arrival day, expecting an automated menu, but a receptionist answered right away, confirmed the email had arrived, and said the driver was coming. He was already waiting when I reached the station, so there was no wait at all. The friendly, smiling staff were always keen to help. When I struggled with the clothes dryer, they offered to dry my clothes free of charge. The room was large, very clean, and stylishly decorated, with an elegant bathroom and a cozy, comfortable feel. Everything from the service and facilities to the food and cleanliness was excellent. Thanks to the team for making our stay memorable. I'd definitely return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

We had a wonderful winter stay. The hotel is very nice, with comfortable rooms and staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Casper for going above and beyond to make the visit even more pleasant.

Those two days with my family were dreamlike and unforgettable, and I can't wait to visit again. We had a perfect Matterhorn view from our room on two of the three days. The hotel is a bit away from the noisy street, and the ride from Zermatt station was seamless. When I made a mistake with the accommodation arrangements, the staff helped sort it out wonderfully. The Best Friend package on the official website is definitely worth recommending for the half board, welcome drinks, 25 minutes of massage for two, and welcome champagne from Laurent-Perrier. Special thanks to Clementine, Nicole, and Linda. Their hospitality and excellent service spirit really impressed me.
