The view from the balconies was a highlight, and the apartment felt cozy and had everything we needed. There are balconies in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We also appreciated the Christmas tree and Lindt chocolates. The team arranged shuttle rides to and from the train station, which made for a pleasant stay.
The staff's instructions were really helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed. We were lucky to get a room with a Matterhorn view, visible right from the balcony. It was amazing, and I'd highly recommend staying here.
The beds were okay, though they could have been more supportive. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It's just a short walk to the main street, shops, and supermarket, with a bus stop about two minutes away for the ride to Zermatt Bergbahnen. Great location and service.
