The restaurant staff were so kind and service-minded, and really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We had half-board, and the food was delicious. After three days here with my partner, we were impressed by the facilities and the beautiful mountain hotel itself. Our room was clean and lovely, with a very comfortable bed and duvet. We’ll definitely come back, and I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The waiter, the blonde one, was rude and made fun of me after running after me over three ketchups I’d taken while eating with my friends. The menu was super expensive, too. You’re so cheap. Don’t choose this place. ❌❌❌

The setting is amazing, though getting there and back means a hike because the hotel is in a car-free area. It has a family-run feel, with a modern style that still fits the Swiss character, and the pool and spa are superb. The food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. One of the best ski resort hotels I’ve stayed in.

I spent weeks looking into hotels around here and am glad I picked this one. It’s at a higher elevation than most Zermatt resorts, so it’s cooler than they are. The views are phenomenal, the staff are welcoming, and the spa and pool look amazing. The four-course dinner was fantastic.

The Silvana delivers luxury at the highest level and should easily be rated a four-star hotel. The family and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Absolutely incredible in every way!
