The owners live upstairs, which made the place feel safe. I used to spend around two weeks here each summer, up to 2019, before COVID-19. It’s on a hill with lovely Matterhorn views, while shops in Zermatt are still convenient to reach.

The location is fantastic, and I’d happily stay here again if I return to Zermatt. The host was incredibly kind, the room was warm and wonderful, and it was well equipped for a reasonable price.
