Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous range of fresh, tasty options every morning. The staff were warm and attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Hotel Testa Grigia gave us a wonderful stay, with a spacious, very comfortable room that was great for relaxing after a day in the mountains. It’s ideally located for the train station, with the village charm all around. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in Zermatt.

It’s an easy 5-7 minute walk down the Main Street from the train station. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a quaint feel and great service. Victor at the front desk was especially helpful. I’d definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place is right in the middle of everything, and it was clean, convenient, and good value. My view of the Matterhorn was completely unobstructed, and the staff were so accommodating. I’d absolutely stay again.

The location puts you right on the only street in Zermatt, and the windows and balcony both have a nice view. The balcony is a welcome extra, and if you get a room facing the Matterhorn, that’s a great bonus, with one of the best views in Zermatt. Inside, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There’s also a coffee machine in the room, which was a lifesaver with jet lag.
