The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, and dinner was delicious too. Our room was absolutely wonderful. We booked through Resort La Ginabelle's own site and got a free upgrade because there was availability. It's very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, funicular and stores. I'll choose this hotel again if I come back to Zermatt.

The spa was the highlight for us, with plenty of heated swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas and all the things you'd expect from a top tier spa. We also had an excellent breakfast buffet. Our quiet room in the old building had a Matterhorn view from the balcony. The location was excellent, close to the main and Gornergrat stations and Sunegga lift. The only downside was the extremely small shower in our room. Will definitely be back.

The pool, jacuzzi, spa and sauna were the highlights, especially on our first day when it rained all day in Zermatt. Breakfast was exceptional, with honeycomb, oranges you squeeze yourself, and fruit/veggie smoothie. We had a great time in Zermatt because of this resort, and everything went smoothly from check in through the transportation service back to the train station. This is a real resort. We'll definitely stay again in the future. Definitely worth every penny you'll ever spend on. FIVE STARS!

We had a family room for 5 with a fully functioning kitchen, which we used twice when we wanted to stay in for dinner. Very convenient. The rooms were clean and modern, the spa and breakfast were perfect, and La Ginabelle was super nice to stay at. It's very close to the Sunnegga lift. Highly recommend.

The room layout worked perfectly for us, with a twin bed in the loft area, and there was a nice ski room for our equipment. The staff and service were excellent, and the shuttle to and from the train was easy. For beginner ski pistes, the location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to the Sunnega funicular and about 10-minutes to Gornergratt train and the main shopping area. My family LOVED our stay at La Ginabelle. It was our first international trip with our 5-year-old daughter, and we made an excellent choice. We appreciated all the kid-friendly touches: a “kid’s club” open all day with wonderful staff, a kid-sized robe and slippers in our room, a kid’s menu at dinner with fun placemats and coloring sheets, and always a pool open for everyone. My daughter wasn't sure about the club at first, but after her first stay she wanted to go every day. Certainly recommend staying here.
