It’s a little tucked away off the main street, though still not far from the train station. Once you find it, what a treat. Our suite was quite large, the beds were comfortable, and we were glad to have a balcony.

We were four people and truly enjoyed our stay. Crisanthi was sweet, caring, and so helpful. They’re lucky to have her. Our room was cozy and very clean, and the location just off the main road was great. It was quiet enough that we slept with the window open. I highly recommend this place when visiting Zermatt!

The room was good and had nice views, and the staff were OK. The town and area are very expensive. It was a shame the bar and lounge were closed when we visited.
