Boutique Hotel NI-MO

We stopped in for drinks and had a lovely time. The drinks were great, and the service was so nice. Vivienne was especially attentive and made sure our glasses never ran dry.

Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a good location too. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable, but the place sticks to the bare basics while charging as much as hotels that offer more. The shower head was tiny, unlike what we had at other Zurich hotels, and the breakfast was average for the price. The orange I cut was so dry I had to leave it, it seemed at least a week old, maybe two. They should replace the fruit more often. This feels more like a self service B&B than a hotel. Nobody greets you, you get in through a key box with a code. Our booking said free drinks and hor's deuvres, but when I asked, I was told they didn't provide them. That felt like misleading advertising. Free water is standard in hotels. The staff were professional, though a little unfriendly, and it wasn't the kind of service we offer in the UK.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and welcoming. It's a lovely place for a city break, with a very convenient location. The only small issue was hearing the trams from the front of the hotel.
