Philippe, the owner, was such a delight to work with. I messaged him from the other side of the world to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner, who was staying here for a few days after a business trip, and he made it happen so quickly. That kind of service says a lot about the hotel’s hospitality.

The balcony view and ambience are lovely, and the living area is quite spacious. There are all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, and the place is kept very clean. In Plateau, the location is nice, and the price is low compared with hotel charges. It’s an especially good option if more than two people are staying.

I felt unsafe during my stay because of the host’s behavior. The hotel was at fault over a serious payment issue, but instead of dealing with it politely and professionally, the host was rude and made threats. I was also frightened by the manager hanging around outside my door in an intimidating, menacing way. I would never recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, and all the caretakers were really friendly. The building is old, but I had a good time and enjoyed my stay.

Really nice views, and the rooms were hygienic. A very good place to stay in Abidjan 😊
