Noom hotel Abidjan Plateau

The breakfast buffet was superb, and the omelette chef was fantastic. The rest of my stay was a real disappointment. I arrived a day earlier than expected, on January 25 at 5 pm, with a lagoon-view executive room booked. Patrick at the front desk was helpful, so he gets my two stars. My room had no drinking water, dirty spots by the nightstand, and frayed towels. I called reception three times about the water and eventually had to go downstairs. I was given a key without a sleeve because they’d run out, then the next morning it stopped working. They said my phone had deactivated it and told me to keep it in the sleeve, even though I’d never been given one. I asked for a room change and to speak with a senior manager, but was told I couldn’t talk to the GM and should email him. I’d never encountered a hotel that wouldn’t help a guest contact management. The email bounced back. I was so disappointed and wished I’d booked at the Sofitel. I wouldn’t stay here, they don’t seem to care about guest satisfaction.

Sonia K, Eunice Z, and Gisele B gave us a lovely welcome and were great people. The food was good, and the sports bar was nice too. It’s the best hotel I’ve seen in Abidjan so far. Had a great experience, would happily come back next time, and recommend it to everyone.

The atmosphere is calm, modern, and classy, and the staff made a real effort to make me comfortable, even though they didn’t speak English. What really stayed with me was the view from the 7th floor: a broad cityscape with the bridge over the lagoon, especially lovely once the lights come on in the evening. It makes you stop and take it in. Whether you’re staying there or just enjoying the view, Noom Hotel Abidjan is a memorable spot for visitors to Abidjan.

Doris in room cleaning at 1302 was hardworking and polite. Andrew Awuni, Sonia k, eunice z, and Gisele B were all friendly and hospitable, with excellent hotel service from the attendants. I wouldn’t choose anywhere over Noom Hotel in Abidjan. Regards to them.
