The buffet breakfast had a nice selection and was very good, though the coffee wasn’t great. The waiters were friendly and gave excellent service, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming. Our room was just as spacious as it looked in the photos, and it was big, clean, and well kept. The pool area is beautiful, but we couldn’t use it because it closes at 5 PM. They wouldn’t let me take pool towels to the beach, which seemed confusing when I could have taken room towels instead. These little restrictions made the stay less convenient and welcoming as tourists in Abidjan. It’s a nice place with clean rooms and good service, but the early pool closing and a few unnecessary rules take away from the experience.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to make our stay good. The rooms were comfortable and very nice too. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Two thumbs up!

Apart from housekeeping, everyone here gave five-star service. The free airport pickup, which is included in the price since I don’t believe anything is truly free, was great, as were the check-in and restaurant staff. We were well looked after. Housekeeping let us down, though. They mostly just made the bed and replenished toiletries, and didn’t tidy the throw at the foot of the bed or arrange the pillows properly. Those two items stayed on our sofa until we left. A sweet wrapper left on the bedside counter was still there when we came back.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I had dinner by the pool several times and was never disappointed by the food. There’s a lovely breeze, and the place stays quiet and relaxing, never packed or loud.
