Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire

I had a Junior Suite with a city view and a minibar that you pay for if you use it. My room was beautiful, and housekeeping cleaned it at pretty much any time I requested. Room service was excellent and very quick, available around the clock, with orders taking 30 minutes or less. I also paid for a driver, Koffi, and we became good friends. Dèsirè.K, my concierge, was great too, super cool and the best. The hotel is a clean business hub with lots of business visitors, bars, and restaurants. Breakfast was great, especially the made-to-order omelet. I had bought the prepaid breakfast option, and whenever something ran out they replaced it right away. Check-in went well, and the security staff were very nice, even when I came in late and drunk, lol. I loved the lively pool and the great drinks at the bar. I'd definitely return to Sofitel Abidjan.

Nightly turndown and attentive staff helped make the stay feel special, and the atmosphere was refined. As someone who usually chooses high-end hotels, I'm selective, but Sofitel Abidjan exceeded what I expected. The service was polished and the food was high quality, a true 5-star standard.

It was lovely to come back each day to a freshly cleaned room at Solitel Hotel Ivoire in Abidjan. I was lucky to meet Espérance Zadi, the housekeeping staff member responsible for my floor. She had a very professional manner and a wonderful smile. I'm grateful to her for making my stay enjoyable.

Désiré was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. He went the extra mile by helping me rent a car for errands and for visiting Abidjan's best places, which made my trip memorable. Excellent service.
