Getting started takes a bit of patience: you need to complete the online check-in when you arrive, and there can be delays at the elevators and restaurant. After that, things go smoothly. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the people at reception are friendly.

Check-in could be better, though the service is good. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished with pretty much everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, not far from the airport or Marcory main bridge.

We stayed here for our final two nights after a month traveling through West Africa, as a group of 17. The 12-story building has spacious, attractive rooms. Mine looked out over the pool, with a desk, a large-screen TV showing French and English channels, and a sitting area with two soft chairs. We enjoyed double and [source text unclear]. Housekeeping was excellent, as were the reception staff. The lobby hibiscus juice was slightly sweet, and was recommended for skincare. The lounge is open and plays loud music, with salsa on tap. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast: fresh and dried fruit, cereal, juice, bread, jam, pastries, meat, an omelet station, tea, coffee, and more. The papaya was a little tough, but everything else was fine.
