Cypa Hotel

I'm giving it one star only because there's no option for zero. The price was far too high for what we got, especially compared with the next hotel we moved to after three days. The service was slow and unprofessional. We used a translator to make communication easier, but even getting breakfast took an hour, with several misunderstandings along the way. The staff weren't welcoming. As for the rooms, they were dirty, and we found drops of questionable origin on the stairs. We had two large rooms on separate floors, both with a chemical smell that gave me a headache. The bathrooms were dirty too, and the shower had no proper barrier, so water spread all over the floor. Some lights stopped working, and a few items were faulty from the start. I don't recommend this place.

We spent only our first three nights here during our ten days in Ivory Coast, then moved to another hotel. The price was incredibly high for the standard. Both of the large rooms we had were dirty and furnished very poorly. What a terrible experience.

The hotel amenities were good, and I really liked the customer service. The staff were excellent, and I appreciated their help. Still, the location wasn't great. Many cab drivers didn't know where it was, and the road gets really bad when it rains. The shower setup needs work too. Water runs onto the bathroom floor and sometimes doesn't drain fully, leaving a puddle that can sit there all day. With those issues, I would have given it four stars. Thanks for the service!

The restaurant food was very good, and the staff were helpful. My room was spacious, nicely decorated, and really clean. Everything worked, apart from the wifi, which cut out now and then. I had a great time there.
