The customer service was awful. They won’t take credit cards, and you have to pay cash before they hand over the keys. They also weren’t receptive when I raised concerns about the rooms. The place was filthy, with fungus on the walls, water dripping from the corridor ceiling, and no trash bins in the rooms.

The surroundings aren’t very clean, and there’s a large rubbish heap behind the wall. Mosquitoes can get in through the bathroom vents, which have no nets. WiFi only works downstairs, with no connection from the first floor up.

I attended the ESMF validation conference for the Water For All Project, and the conference room was a mess. The cooling system didn’t work. It was a real disaster.

The rooms were disgusting and badly maintained. I don’t think they changed the sheets or cleaned the floor. I switched rooms twice and ended up with the same kind of room both times. Please don’t go there, you’ll regret it.
