La Maison Palmier Boutique Hotel

The staff were amazing, friendly and professional everywhere, from the gate to the bar and breakfast. I had a lovely four-night stay and would definitely recommend the hotel, and come back on my next trip to Abidjan. The design is beautiful, like a small jungle oasis, and its modest size makes it feel intimate and relaxing. My room looked lovely, the bed was comfortable, and it was always tidy. Breakfast had great quality and variety, and good coffee. I also had lunch twice, and both meals were delicious and refined.

The pool area is lovely, the decor is stylish, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, and modern. It's a real oasis for a break from the hectic city. The neighborhood is empty and the hotel is a bit far north in Abidjan, but that suits a relaxing getaway. The cocktails are great, too.

I can't comment on the rooms since I didn't stay there. I went a few times with friends and family, and we loved the food and music in the cozy, intimate setting. The atmosphere was amazing, as was the welcome from the staff. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was throughout our time there, especially for such a select establishment.

Over the past year, the team has made me feel like family, and I can't thank them enough for such a memorable experience. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are hard to match. Hands down the best hotel and customer service in the region.
