We woke each morning to a lovely mountain view and the sounds of nature. The location is beautiful, the space is great for 2 people, and it was clean and well maintained. The hosts were super helpful. We didn't have a car, but the easy walk to the main road took 15min. We'd recommend it 100% and would stay again.

It's quiet, in a good location, and has a nice valley view. The units have all the amenities, so it's easy to get settled, and the hosts are always on standby and ready to go above and beyond.

Avana Valley Heights Apartment 1 was just right for our holiday. Everything we needed was provided, including laundry and a kitchen, and it was nice and quiet. Mario and Averil were awesome hosts. Thank you so much!

Avana Valley Heights will always mean a lot to me. Choosing it for my stay in Rarotonga was one of the best decisions I could have made. Mario and Averil were amazing hosts, quick to answer messages, and even helped arrange my airport transfer. The place was clean and comfortable, with everything needed to feel at home, including pots, pans, a washing machine, and internet. It was peaceful and quiet, with spectacular mountain views and an incredible night sky, yet close enough to walk or bike to Muri. I recommend it without hesitation.

We found plenty of good places to eat nearby, though the kitchen in our unit was great to use too. The facilities were spotless, and the valley setting near lovely swimming and snorkeling spots made it easy to relax. Mario and Averil live 2km away and did everything they could to make sure we had a great stay.
