We came for our niece’s wedding and definitely celebrated in style. There were 27 of us from 9/9 to 14/9, and the villas were ideal for a big whanau. They were lovely and well supplied for a large family, with four king size beds, plenty of towels and a welcome platter waiting in the fridge. The pool became everyone’s favourite place to relax. Paul, the owner, came to meet us all on our first day, which was awesome. My only regret is that we didn’t book longer, since we had to move somewhere else for two more days. The location worked well, with the rest of our whanau at Edgewater and another home on the same road. We’ve since learned that Cook Island Holiday Villas has several places on the same road, so we can book there too and spread out the group. We’d definitely book again for our big whanau. The Villa owners and staff were so helpful and accommodating. Villa 3 was private and close to restaurants and a corner store, with wifi, a washing machine and all the amenities we needed. We had a fantastic stay, thank you. Highly recommended.

The pool was a real bonus, and the garden around it was perfectly maintained. The villa was spotless and ideally situated, with a convenience store just a two-minute walk away and the beach nearby. It also stayed sheltered during the gale force winds that hit Raro in our 10-day stay. They provided a wonderful fruit platter too. This is the best accommodation I’ve experienced in 30 years of visiting the island. Our families will definitely return, Paul. Thanks for everything.

More than 20 of us came over in January for a birthday, and this place suited our big group perfectly. There’s a pool right in the middle of all the villas. We’d definitely come back and book here again.
