Check In Hotel

Good location, nice price, and efficient service.

I first stayed here because it was cheap, but then a double room started costing 82,000 pesos with a receipt. They still haven’t sent that receipt, and nobody answers when I try to contact the hotel. Breakfast was poor too, with stale bread and just a few slices of cheese. The cereal was the only saving grace. Terrible experience. I’ll never come back, and I’m still waiting for the receipt.

The location was excellent, close to both the beach and town center. The arrival was another story: staff shortages meant check-in took an hour, and the service from the staff was very poor. Breakfast was extremely meager, bland, and unhygienic. The room hadn’t been cleaned well and still had things left by previous guests, including a lemon under the bed.

They apologized when our room was left uncleaned on the final day, but nothing else was done to make up for it. We’d also requested a double bed and instead got two singles pushed together, which wasn’t very comfortable. Still, for the price, the hotel is good.
