They wouldn't let me into room 13 on the third floor, to the right of the stairs! 🤦🏽♀️ The receptionist was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, and when I asked about the old TV, which couldn't connect to Wi-Fi and only showed live channels, her answer was, “I don't know.” You can't eat in the room, check-in is at 11 PM, and once you're inside they won't let you leave until 6 AM, saying those are the rules. Instead of acknowledging how poor the service was, apologizing, or trying to improve, they just showed how awful they are.

I was there on a company trip. The food was disappointing, with little choice and a very poor breakfast that wasn't great quality. The hotel is also in a noisy area. The rooms themselves were great, with air conditioning, and the bathroom was very clean. Cleanliness overall was excellent.

The location and breakfast were the only positives. My room was small, the bed was awful, and the service was poor. They left the bed unmade, didn't replace the towels, and there was no soap or shampoo. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Breakfast was really tasty, and my room was spotless and smelled fresh. I parked in the Hostal garage, though it only fits one vehicle. I liked the place a lot, would definitely come back, and recommend it.

Everything was very clean, and the rooms are nice. Still, the manager can be intrusive and confrontational, and for that reason alone I wouldn't recommend the place.
