The ocean view and peaceful atmosphere really stand out. The building is lovely and very clean, with parking, storage, a pool, and a play area for kids. The main hassles are elevators that often stop working and some doormen who could be more helpful.

For renting an apartment in Antofagasta, this is a beautiful building with ocean views.

The green surroundings are one of the building's nicest features, and it's conveniently close to points of interest. It's modern and elegant, with elevators, dedicated entrances, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom near the event hall. The pool feels a little small for the number of apartments, though it's nice. So far, no structural damage from events like earthquakes has been reported.

I really like living here. The apartments are spacious, with lovely terraces, parking, and storage, and the place feels quiet and very private. There's concierge service, a pool, a gym, and large, beautiful multipurpose rooms. They even have vending machines by the entrance with tasty snacks, water, drinks, chips and things like that. I loved it!!!!!
