The receptionists were very friendly and handled requests quickly. The area is usually quiet at night, with residential buildings nearby. Breakfast is included, and the rooms are clean. The beds are clean too, though not the most comfortable.

The service was excellent, and the place was very clean. The room had some frustrating issues, though: the shower was mounted too high and kept falling over, and the hot water cut out every five minutes. Otherwise, it was average.

I booked through Booking.com, where they offer free cancellation and reservations without extra fees. The staff's service was fantastic, the hygiene impeccable, and the city location is good. I highly recommend it. A wonderful experience, and I hope to repeat it.

The breakfast was a great start to the day. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and comfort, and the room was just right, a good size with everything needed to relax after exploring.

It's a hostel, but the presentation still felt minimal. The person who greeted us arrived dressed very casually, with their pants unbuttoned. The beds were uncomfortable, and there wasn't a fan at all.
