I only booked the apartment because I arrived in Santiago very late. The room was nice, but much smaller than it looked in the photos, and they charged the full amount up front. It's a rental apartment, not a hotel, and there's no breakfast. Paying by card added 19% to the website price. After a lot of insisting, I got the receipt three days later. The owner said they don't issue receipts, just the slip from the card machine. For what I paid, I could have stayed at Ibis Hotel, with daily room cleaning, a receipt, and no extra charge. An informal rental like this should cost less.

These comfortable apartments suit families, couples, and others, and they're known for being clean and having good-quality furnishings. Overnight guests get soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, and other essentials. There's covered parking, and getting to the apartment is easy. It's half a block from the main avenue in Catriel.

The room and kitchen were comfortable and in very good condition, and the bathroom was beautiful. The location is super central in a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of things in the kitchen to help keep food costs down.

The location was very good, but the reception staff weren't friendly. The woman who rented me the apartment assured me I'd be paying in pesos, then they charged me in dollars.

I wouldn't recommend it. The place was tiny and didn't look like the photos. Everything seemed old and poorly maintained. I didn't like it, and I didn't stay there.
