The one bright spot was the reception team. They were friendly and clearly tried their best, but the stay was still a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend it or return. The area around the hotel felt dangerous. Rooms and beds were terrible, with no hot water or air conditioning, which seems especially unsuitable in a region where the heat is unbearable. There was no laundry or ironing service, room service, or food available. Breakfast was mostly stale yogurt and cereal, usually just two kinds of bread and cold cuts, with no milk, eggs, protein, or other healthy options. For lunch and dinner we were given a voucher to use outside at one of two Peruvian restaurants or a Chinese restaurant. I found those options unhealthy too, and they didn't even have water.

The staff were incredibly kind, and the location was handy for both the Antofagasta Clinic and the city center. I loved how clean, comfortable, and peaceful the hotel was.

I've been staying here for months, and it keeps getting worse. The rooms are clean, but not comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal is terrible. The hotel gets very hot, with poor ventilation and no fan or air conditioning.

Breakfast is self-serve and comes in three choices: Classic, Sports, or Executive. When you arrive, you're greeted warmly and shown to a clean, tidy, comfortable room.
