The rooms don't get natural light because of the layout, but they're comfortable and smell clean, which matters a lot these days. You can hear through the walls. Fine if you're a sheep.

They promote this place as a quality hotel, but it felt worse than a cheap motel. Reception service was awful, the breakfast reminded me of an old, run-down boarding house, and the rooms cost far too much for what you get. The neighborhood feels very bad, even dangerous at night. There’s no elevator, so everyone has to figure out how to carry their luggage upstairs. This place advertises itself as a hotel, but the word “service” never made it through the door.

On July 30, 2024, I had a terrible stay in room 402. The toilet seat broke when I sat on it and left bite marks all over my face. The mattress was also in awful shape, with all its springs sticking out.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast is very basic. Being right downtown means a lot of noise at night, so it doesn't feel suited to resting or to families.
