We enjoyed walking around from this great location. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, pleasant, and had balconies. There's also a good restaurant on site.

Getting any sleep here was impossible. Noise came from the bars right outside the Hotel and from other rooms, including girls who seemed spoiled. One of the worst places I've stayed. Absolutely terrible.

The rooms were pleasant and the view was marvelous, but the service was atrocious. We felt judged throughout our stay, especially over what I was wearing. There was no dress code, and I was on holiday. My husband and I came in December 2023 for our honeymoon, after a long flight from Punta Arenas. This was the one disappointment on an otherwise perfect tour through Chile, and I waited two years to write about it. When I asked, in my crummy Spanish, about getting an invoice for my tax return when we left the country, I was rudely told it was “only ofr foreigners.” I was born in Chile but have lived in Europe all my life and was traveling on a European passport. I pointed that out, but the man kept arguing that I had paid in euros and not dollars. I just wanted the invoice so I could sort it out at the airport. We had booked online through their website, then went to reception after two nights to add one more. The price was almost three times higher. When I asked why, the receptionist loudly told me in front of everyone that they never gave rooms at cheaper prices, and implied I was manipulating the prices or trying to scam him. I had booked through your website, sir.

From the lobby and restaurant, you can look out over the rocky bay as the waves roll in. Breakfast there has an enjoyable variety of dishes. Most rooms are spacious, with full-windowpane views of the Pacific Ocean and the swimming pool on the ground floor, right beside the coastline.
