The Flat Antofagasta

The pool view is nice, and the place is cheap, but this isn't a hotel. It's a poorly maintained apartment room. Check-in wasn't clear, and the floor was sticky. The chairs were broken, the beds smelled bad, and the pillowcases smelled sweaty. There wasn't any toilet paper, and it was very hard to find the place.

We booked a special offer with Piso 28 and had an exquisite dinner along with a wonderful stay. It was a lovely getaway for two, one we'd happily repeat. The apartment had all the comforts and more, and I loved it. A great place to relax, with everything just steps away.

Waking up to that beautiful ocean view was a treat. The apartment had all the amenities you'd expect and was a great place to recharge. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a sea view.

The apartment itself is modern and nice, but check-in was a mess. They sent me a code for the wrong room, and someone was already inside when I opened it. They then gave me another room. I had to wait an hour in total, after parking elsewhere to get in because no information had been sent beforehand and I was waiting for a reply. The building says it has 24-hour reception, but that desk doesn't know about the rented apartment. This is a rental, not a hotel. The service was poor, though they did give me the small discount I asked for.
