We'd already decided to leave, but by then it was too late to find another place, so we ended up having an uncomfortable night. It finished at 5:30 am with people yelling at reception. I went down to ask for some respect, but it did no good. The employees had also told us not to walk around after sunset because it could be dangerous, even though the hotel is centrally located. In the morning, we went for a walk before checkout, then had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to open the door when we returned. Once inside, we found they'd taken our towels before checkout. Before all that, reception service was very slow and they couldn't even handle the payment correctly. There was no warm water, and at 10 pm they said it would take at least an hour to get it started. Water was leaking, so we called reception to stop it. When we could finally shower, there was a small pool of water under our feet. This place is a joke, and not a pleasant one. Avoid it.

The street outside is always busy, so if noise would keep you from resting, ask for a room without a street-facing window. The hotel doesn't have its own garage, but it has an arrangement with one just steps away. Sometimes the water pressure is low. On the plus side, the place is clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are good, the water can get very hot, and there are several outlets and cable TV. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this uncomfortable hotel. The neighborhood isn't good, and the reception staff aren't very helpful. Noise is the biggest problem: there's a nightclub across the street that keeps you awake until 5 am, and the doorbell rings throughout the hotel whenever a guest arrives.

I was given room 11, and it was spotless. They changed the towels every day, breakfast was good, and the room cleaning was excellent. For the price, it's much better than many other hotels. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with questions. Thanks for the great service.
